Followed procedure quite a long time ago, when purchased, and added system to my HomeKit network successfully. System operated for considerable amount of time, until checked system today.
Checked today and the accessory was missing from my Home App. proceeded to re-add using HomeKit Code, and would not appear in homeKit. Attempted to reconnect to wifi, was successful for wifi reconnection. then proceeded to re-add to homeKit, whereby during this re-add, device would not appear when adding using manual code. repeated several times and still would not appear.
As far as I am concerned → customer pushed the button, and the thing did not do the thing.
Please fix. I bought this system specifically for it’s integration with homeKit.
