It looks like your base stations are updated with the correct firmware.
Are you still experiencing issues? I would recommend also updating the firmware on the valves.

It’s the valves that won’t update, they all show “busy” or syncing - but it’s been all day and I’ve rebooted the hub several times

My hub and one of 2 hose timers updated yesterday. The second one fails. None of my schedules run on either hose timer and neither will start with manually through the app. Both timers show connected in the app. The hub show connected and I see it connected on my router. Not sure what to try.
I’m also getting a failed hub firmware update. Have already tried power cycling and updating twice but no luck. Just bought the thing and can’t even pair a valve without the firmware update

Hello, I am also having the exact same situation. Firmware fails. I have powered off, reset, cleared the app of all devices, re-added with multiple failed firmware updates. May I get assistance as well?
Hi, I am having the same issue, the hub firmware update was completed, but the smart hose fails few seconds after I try to do firmware update. I have unplugged the hub 3 times

I am also having this issue with a new hub/valve out of the box. I was unable to pair my hub with the valve and then noticed that the hub had an update. Several attempts has resulted in failure. Current firmware version is 3.0.38, 3.0.48

I am having the same issues. Fresh hub out of the box, set it up, and it immediately tells me I have to do firmware update and it continually fails. Tried power cycling, resetting, deleting hub and starting over. I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?

Hub has been added back. It is flashing green and blue. And I cannot get the valve to link now.
