Richdel 476PR to Rachio 2 Wiring - HELP!

I should have posted this similar thread for a 476PRI to rachio 3 but it looks like its rain sensor configuration was different and it had 24V ac coming in, whereas mine has a plug and outlet nearby.

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from an old Richdel to Rachio 3 controller. The old wiring does not make any sense to me after I took the old controller off.
