Iām having the issue as well with my iPhone 7 plus
Iām on iOS 10.1.1
@Jlangster are you still not receiving notifications? Did you check to see that you had them enabled in the app settings and your phone settings?

Worked for me last week. Got the notifications on both iPhone 7 and 6. I will keep you posted if things change. Thanks so much for getting this fixed.
