iOS 14.2 WiFi issues

I spent too much time on this only to find out my “just purchased NEW” unit from Costco had a manufacture date of 12/19 (today is 3/21).
Your rep made the decision to return, not me, after we spent nearly an hour using my laptop (since my iPhone would not connect).
Look, I realize that you’re in the business to sell units. Atleast you’re keeping me as a customer and I’m not returning it to Costco.

Just wanted to make sure you know that @Stewart is just another customer like the rest of us, and not an employee of Rachio.

Ok, sorry about my rant and the misunderstanding.

I received the replacement unit in two days with the updated IOS software.
It took all of 5 minutes to set up (vs hours of frustration without the software fix)

Rachio, thank you for great customer service
Debora was very helpful.

Now looking forward to many years of trouble free irrigation.
