This one is a bit cheaper, if you garden hose already has an o ring on it:

The other one (you’ve linked to) gives you 2, in case you wish to keep one as a backup, in that aspect it’s better (and comes with a replacement orings)
Didn’t know about screw cement. Leave it as is. I’m 90% sure that it will never be an issue.
