It sounds like there was a little confusion on our end with the support agent - we’re making sure they’re aware of that now. It looks like the agent is working with our senior team via support to get everything squared away for you.
To clarify, the fee was for priority shipping and was charged when ordered - it was not for getting to the top of the queue or the rush shipping form that was sent out when we announced the delay. I’m so sorry for the confusion!
hi, i have the same issue. ground with 8 days delivery but i did pay 15 dollar fee for fast delivery…
Also based on the note… is the flow meter added and if not when will it arrive?
