Adding WUnderground Station to Rachio with Gen 2

Done, I didn’t want to reuse your other station since the name refers to a specific wunderground station id, and it seems someone already registered KNEOMAHA157 with pwsweather, so I’ve made a generic name for the ***157 station, data will be available via wufyi3827.

Stations through PWSWeather should be somewhat immediate. Do you not see your station in the list of stations available in weather intelligence?
