I’ve had my Rachio controller for a couple of months and have have no issues until the last few days. NOTE: I had a new manifold professionally installed about 3 months ago. I have 6 zones and had to install a new sprinkler head on Zone 3. After installation, I attempted to run that zone manually to test and it didn’t appear on my list of zones in the app. I discovered that it had gone to disabled. I enabled it and it tested fine. The next morning, the system ran according to schedule, including Zone 3. However, I then noticed that Zone 6 didn’t run. When I checked the app, Zone 6 had been disabled. I enabled it and now all 6 zones appear in the app. Was there a system-wide glitch which would have automatically disabled two zones a day apart? I just checked and all 6 zones are enabled and they’re scheduled to run tomorrow morning. Keeping my fingers crossed.
