UPDATE and RESOLUTION
I had to remove the new controller from my account and add it again. It then asked me if I wanted to transfer settings and less than a minute later everything was transferred.
I just setup a new controller I received from support as part of a warranty replacement. This is a 12 Zone controller instead of the 8 I had previously.
When I go to ‘Setup Zones’ there is no option to transfer the zones and schedules from my other controller. I also was never presented with a screen to transfer the settings when I added the controller.
Am I missing something?
