when i turn on zone 3, zone 1 comes on too
Sounds like a wiring issue or a dirty solenoid. If you disconnect the wire going to zone 1, leaving the common, does it still come on? With wires connected, what happens when you turn on say zone 2? What happens if you swap zone 2 & 3 station wires?
