Zone with 50% Grass & 50% Flower Bed

I have a zone that’s 50% all grass and the other 50% is all flower beds. How would one configure this zone?

-South Texas
-Fixed Heads
-Loamy Sand
-Moderate Slope

Any chance you can split the zone? One for grass, one for flowers?
