Zone duration reset in schedule after using Quick Run Zone

Thought I would check here to see if anyone else has had this problem before I contact support.

I have been checking two of my drip lines for leaks and have been running them using Quick Run at the 10 minute mark. Thought they were all fixed, but when running my Flex Daily schedule one of my zones (the first one in the schedule) had a bad leak and I stopped the schedule for that day. Then today when it went to start for the second zone I happened to be at my phone and saw that the zone was only going to run for 10 minutes. Looked at the zone, and sure enough, the duration was set for 10 minutes, when it should be an hour and 14 minutes!!! I have not made changes to any my zones since 2022 (per the spreadsheet where I keep track of all zone changes). Somehow, it changed the duration to what I had been using for my quick runs. Only the one zone did this, the other one is fine. My app on my iPhone is up to date and that’s where I’ve been doing the Quick Runs.

Looking at the history, I can see that the schedule, before I stopped it, had both zones correct. I stopped it while zone 9 was running. That zone was still set with a correct duration. But the zone 10 that follows it was now set to 10 minutes.

Has any one else experienced this?

Like you, I had been spending a ton of time chasing leaks around my yard the last couple months after some high water bills (25 year old poly drip tubing) and have been using the crap out of the 10 minute quick run and not seeing that scenario. I just suspended most of my zones as we just started a backyard overhaul this week, but I can shut the water off and test out running zones and schedules a bit this week… :flushed:

Yikes!!! That’s a project!!!

Yea, we are basically scraping our backyard and starting new. The only thing being left behind is the pool shell (being resurfaced) and the 2 pineapple palms. Grass is coming out of the backyard and turf will be going back in.

The backyard was pretty with lots of big established plants, but the space wasn’t overly functional TBH. I’ll honestly miss the 2 big red push pistache trees on the right of this picture. HORRIBLE for growing grass under them, but amazing shade trees.
