Wiring question from Toro to Rachio

I am replacing this Toro controller with a Rachio 3 (12 zone). Will I need to hook up the 24v lines to the Rachio. Also, what do I do with the blue wire that loops?

@Jerfrank -

  1. No to the 24 V lines, Rachio has its own power adapter.

  2. Probably ignore the blue wire. What are the terminals that it connects to?

Those are zone lines, left of the blue.

@Jerfrank - what does the terminal that the blue wire connects to? If it looping between two zone terminals then ignore it.

Ok. I think it is looping between 2. I will try without it and see what happens. Thank you!
