Rachio Gen 2 - History states scheduled run was “not” skipped because weather station observed 0 in predicted and 0 in observed precipitation. However, scheduled run was skipped. Why would Rachio inform if a schedule is “not” skipped then skip the scheduled run?

We have reviewed your account and Weather Intelligence didn’t skip your schedule. Instead, it looks like you have a Rain Sensor which is reporting that it’s active since 5/18/2018.
As long as your Rain Sensor is reporting that it’s active, the Rachio Gen2 will not run any schedules.
