After my first season of use I can confidently say the Rachio Gen 3 is by far the best solution I have ever had. The proof is my yard and landscaping looks the best Ever in 25 years. Did I save water? Maybe. There is a good chance I was under watering in past years. The real benefit to me is the great results. I have my Rachio coupled with a personal weather station so I feed data from my own yard. Like that it is a Denver company as that’s our home :).
