Installed Rachio app and system 2 weeks ago. Everything has been working fine and connected to the app daily no problem. Today login says can’t find user name (which is my email address).
I tried to re-register, it says email address already in use.
Update:
Problem solved - password issue. Had to be reset by tech support…
Only on hold for 15 minutes, so good.
Same problem trying to log-in online. How do I log-in?
