Why are the changes I made on my MacBook Air not reflected on Mobile App (iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.6)? Is there something I need to do to synchronize the two?

If you are not seeing changes you made on the web app appear in mobile, try pulling down on the screen to refresh. Let me know if that does not work.
