I have two new Gen 3 Rachios. One connected to wifi fine, the other always fails to connect. No idea what to do to try and make it work. Idea please.
What type of setup are you using? WiFi extender? Also if you have guest network enabled disable it. I would also try disabling ivp6 to link local only and maybe change dns server to google 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 restart computers in home and unplug routers. After that try reconnecting to second rachio.
Thank you John. I think I just have a bad one and I have ordered a replacement from Amazon. I can’t even get this one to factory reset, so I think its just defective.
