I’ve had a Rachio for several years - connected via Eero wifi gateway. I am getting "An unexpected error occured. Try again.
My phone is IOS 14.4.2. I then used my husband’s Droid. I was able to connect to get the firmware updated but then it wouldn’t connect to the Wifi. On both of our devices it will look like it wants to connect to wifi but then it errors out. SO FRUSTRATING! I am about ready to throw this controller in the trash.
Is this an Eero issue?
