Unable to add Rachio to HomeKit

Every time I try to add my Rachio Gen3 to HomeKit it doesn’t appear… I know that Rachio is working on it but I want to have a little bit more I formation about this since that’s the reason I purchased one!

Already tried the steps to resolve but it’s not app rearing as an accessory

I am also having problem adding my Rachio device into Homekit. After I enter the code manually the device doesn’t appear as available to connect.

I tried soft resetting the actual controller and that worked.
