Transferred Property not Showing up in App

Installed a Rachio 3 with my phone. Transferred ownership to the homeowner and retained access permissions.

The property shows up in my account and is controllable when accessed via app.rach.io.
The property has not shown up in the Rachio App since transfer.

Tried force stopping the App, removed cache and data. This property is still not populating in my app. Any Ideas?

If it shows up on your account, that indicates to me it’s available on the account which is great. One thing to look for, when looking at your device list, make sure that the map shows the property. The list of devices will filter based on what is visible on the map. So if this new controller isn’t visible on the map, it may not appear in the list.
