@625StumerRoad, we don’t currently support a transfer feature. Will you be installing a Rachio at your new house? Pending the username you have on the existing account, we could just update the email address and password on the existing account to transfer it to the new owners. Additionally, the controller will need to be reconnected to the new owner’s WiFi network.
