I just purchased a Gen 2 Rachio device and during the new account setup process, it stated that my device was already associated with an existing account even though I purchased it new. Can someone help with the ownership transfer?

I think you should be able to email support@rachio.com and they can get you squared away. Sounds like you may have gotten a returned controller…@franz @laura.bauman
