Hi, I have an Rachio controller at my previous home. I have already removed the controller from my account but never transferred ownership. Now when I log in I can’t see the controller so I can’t transfer ownership. How can I release the old controller form my account?
This should now look like a new unit to the new owner. What error does he get when trying to add it to his account?

If it shows as “already in use”, send a message to support (or open a ticket with the app), giving the serial number and asking that it be released.
