I believe I had a custom value set by you guys 3 seasons ago. Maybe one of the updates reset it for me?

Can you adjust it for me?
Oh strange. What was the custom kfactor/offset?
If I remember correctly, I just provided readings and support did the math. I don’t know/remember the values they used.
