Hello All! I just installed my first Rachio controller. I can turn the sprinklers on directly from the panel by pressing the start/stop buttons. However, I can’t get the sprinklers to turn on from the app. I’m looking at the same zone (zone 1) when doing it both ways. Is there a possibility that the Rachio controller is too far away from the Wifi signal? I’m not getting any error messages with connectivity while setting up the controller so I’m a little confused. Thanks in advance for any ideas!
