Thanks. This worked for me also, after much communication with Rachio and Eero support. (I used a Chromebook since didn’t have a Windows machine handy, but steps were the same).

I am not getting response when i fired the first command. When I checked it in postman I am getting a 403 . Did anyone face this issue. I double checked the serial number . Anyone faced this issue before ?
Our sprinkler controller worked for a while, but started sending Wifi not connected messages. Then could not be refreshed / kept getting stuck.
- I got the MAC address from the label of the RACHIO sprinkler controller.
- I found an unused IP address, and dedicated it as a static IP address for that MAC address.
There should be help online on how to create a static IP for your router.
