We have the Rachio 3 system and have had it for about 2 months and our neighbor has the same system for longer. I was wondering why does his app show soil moisture but mine does not? We have the same set up as well regarding zoning and the system.
Soil moisture will show up if Flex Daily schedules are used. Iām guessing he is on Flex Daily, and you are not.
