Smart hose timer setup doesn’t complete

I just got a Smart Hose timer.

  1. I plug in the hub and it flashes yellow light.
  2. I go to Rachio app to add new device and select smart hose.
  3. I go through the app and get to the part it asks to connect to the Rachio_hub_xx_xx.
  4. I connect to this network and go back to the app and the screen hangs and doesn’t continue.

I’ve reset multiple times, tried different areas of the house, 2.4, 5.0, etc. and still cannot get to app to complete setup :frowning: .

Any help available for this?
