Recently bought two smart hose timers, they really are amazing tools, but one of them recently started leaking from the bottom (the part that connects to the irrigation system) when the valve is off.
I removed the irrigation hose from the bottom of the timer and it is noticeably dripping water when the valve is off. Seems like the smart hose valve itself is not properly closing when set to off. Its only about a month old so I’m hoping this doesnt require a replacement. My other smart hose timer is working perfectly, no leaks
One of my 3 smart hose timer started leaking yesterday. It is leaking from the inside. There is also a “rattling” noise when you shake the smart hose timer (after disconnecting).
Hello. I’m not sure when I bought my hose timer, maybe 6 months ago, but definitely less than a year. I noticed that mine is doing the same thing: leaking from the bottom when the valve is closed. Has a fix for this problem been found?
