I bought the Smart Hose Timer Bundle from Costco this weekend. I returned the first box because I couldn’t get the hub to power on. I’m not sure if the hub was the issue or the power supply. The second box is only slightly better. I can only get the hub to stay powered by plugging in the connector, pulling it down, and then taping the cable to the bottom of the hub. My guess is the power cable and plug are not making good electrical contact. How are you shipping product this poorly designed or manufactured?
