Shared Access when Rachio Offline?

I installed a Rachio at my rental property before new tenants moved in so everything was set up on my mobile hotspot. The controller has been running offline this whole time but the end date of the schedule has passed and I need to install a new schedule.

BUT I am now cross country from my rental. I cannot do it myself.

QUESTION - If I give my gardener access to the controller - can he access the Rachio with it offline? If not, is it possible for him to access the Rachio with a temporary hotspot? Will it update with the new schedule?

No, it will need internet access to update anything. You can give your gardener access to the GUI, and he can probably make changes, but nothing will be sent to the Rachio controller without internet access.
