Just had to share my Rachio Limited Access with the irrigation guy. It required an email to send it to. Would be much better if Rachio had a share link that opens to my phone’s sharing options so I can decide the best way to send it.
A lot of the techs just want simple and easy access like direct text or to a chat (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, etc). Many don’t have a work email and don’t want to give out a personal one. Sending the link to an office email might delay service while the tech is on site until someone reads it and shares it back.
Keep the access so we can set time limits, but allow me to share the link with more than email. I wound up sending an email to myself then sharing the link via text.
