Setting wifi up remotely

I have a Rachio controller on my rental property. The tenant upgraded their WIFI and the controller is obviously off line.

Is there a way for the tenant to update the wifi as a guest user or can I do it remotely? Im 2500 miles away from the property…

You could share access to them, have them update the wifi network in the app, and then revoke the shared access. There is no way for you to update remotely.
