Schedule won't run

My new Rachio 12 zone controller will not run a schedule. Everything is setup to run (we have another house with Rachio for several years, that works fine). I have turned off all the weather skips etc and the the schedule still won’t run on it’s own, we have to remember to run manually, which works fine…

Any ideas on how to fix this?

What type of schedule?

Can you check to make sure the controller is not in standby mode?

I just created a new fixed schedule and turned off all skips and soak
fingers crossed it runs in the morning.
