Schedule not working

I setup a schedule with interval of Monday and Thursday. Only Monday show up. I have to go in and unchecked Thursday and go back in to check Thursday again then Thursday show up on the schedule but only for the current week.
What am I doing wrong?

If you want a fixed Monday/Thursday schedule I would delete your current schedule type (Flex Monthly) and create a new schedule with a fixed schedule type. I believe your current schedule type is incorrect.
