Saturation Skip Help

I have 8 zones in Northern Mississippi. 6 zones on flat open yard and 2 zones of landscaping. Silt Loam soil (just like clay). System went in end of last year and this is first full season to use it. I have reviewed the support page, checked the weather station, the soil type globally, and the vegetation type, exposure and slope on each zone.

I have set up flex daily, flex monthly schedules and fixed schedule. All have saturation skip turned on, but it seems to make no sense.

We got 3/4" of rain a week ago. Been in the mid-80s with sun. Soil is very dry and cracked. Mowing creates a huge dust storm.

But every morning saturation skip says that it skipped the schedule. It has skipped all zones for last 10 days.

Last night, I checked 2 zones that were in a flex daily schedule. It said moisture was at 77% (which I doubt). Flex scheduling said these zones need to run for 42 minutes each. Rain was forecast last night, but we got nothing. App says we got .08". It skipped the schedule. Now it says those same 2 zones have 110% moisture level and need to run for 56 minutes each, but next run is in 13 days! And there does not an option to turn off saturation skip on flex daily scheduling.

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to add a new local rain sensor to make sure it has more accurate data? Or just stop using the saturation skip?
