Why do you collect sales tax when shipping to Minnesota? My understanding was that a retailer was not required to collect sales tax in a state unless they had a physical presence there. Do you have an office here?
If not, can I get a refund please?

Good luck. Mine shipped to Texas and they said they had a warehouse in Texas that products shipped. However my Gen 3 shipped from a different state.
There was a law change made from a Supreme Court South Dakota vs. Wayfair Inc. decision in June 2018. They may very well be required by law to collect sales tax from you now.
