Retired v2 Controller, Now Getting Email

I retired and recycled the v2 controller and installed a v3. Now I am getting emails that v2 controller is offline. Is there some Rachio account somewhere that lists my products?

Did you roll your V2 settings onto your V3, or just start over? If you rolled everything over, it should have taken the V2 off your account, and unlocked it.

If you started fresh and just unplugged the old one, you will probably need to contact support and have them remove it from the back end.

I had a 16 zone and moved to an 8. Turns out you can’t migrate in that scenario.

Gotcha. That is correct. Needs to be same zone count.

If you still have the old controller, plug it in and remove it from your account, otherwise, probably need to contact support.
