Replace Facebplate Rachio 3

The Faceplate on the Rachio 3 is impossible to secure. Constantly falls off the device. Now my dogs have chewed it up.

Is it possible to order replacement? Is there a replacement that secures better to device so i don’t have to keep rescuing from my dogs?

Where is your Rachio installed? Is your bundle of wires pushing on the front cover? I’ve never had one even feel remotely loose.
