Is there a way to remotely reboot a Rachio 3?
Not to my knowledge.
If you have home automation like Alexa, Google, or SmartThings, you could either replace your wall outlet with a smart outlet, or you could use a smart plug.
If you don’t have home automation, you can get smart plugs which you can control with your smart phone.

Can I also ask why you are needing to reboot?
My controller fell offline and rebooting it got it back up. I travel for work and it when it goes down, I would like to reboot.
