Hello, has anyone else had any luck or know of a way to actually get a hold of someone with Rachio. No one will respond to my e-mail and the link to schedule a call doesn’t even work. For such a great product seems to be some horrible customer service.
I originally bought the 16 zone and returned it because I found out Costco had a 12 zone for $50 less. Well now, I’m not hopeful that I’m not going to be stuck getting 1 unit for the price of 2 since I already mailed the first back almost a month ago.
