Iis it possible to recalibrate one or two zones separately\independently without having to recalibrate every zone?
Yea just go to edit on each zone needed to recalibrate. Did all mine this year just to make sure it was spot on. If any pressure change happened from the main water line.

Yes, just figured it out. Rather than calibrating from the accessories tab, the zone tab lets you do each zone individually.
