Hey Guys!
I just purchased the Rachio 3 unit from Costco to replace a broken Rain Bird RC7bi. I have no way to power the unit so I dont know the zones etc.
Here are pics of the wiring from the Rain Bird. Could someone help me with this =). Nothing is labled besides line input.
Page 4 of the rainbird manual shows how it was wired. So match these colors off the controller to the wires going out of the valves, then connect those valve wires to the corresponding terminals on the Rachio.
Its a little confusing that there are 2 whites.

Station 1: Brown
2: Red
3: Orange
4: Yellow
5: Green
6: Blue
7: Violet
8: Gray
9: White
10: White/Blk
11: White/Bm
12: White/Red Master
Valve: Wht/Orn
Valve Common: White (2)
Transformer: Wht/Red
