Since installation 9 months ago I would get push notices to Iphone about successful runs and rain cancellations.Suddenly past week no notifications but all seems to be functioning fine. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
Is it possible that you accidently shut off notifications for the Rachio app on your phone?
I am having the same issue. Notifications seemed to stop working a couple of days ago. I’ve tested using my iphone, ipad, and an old android phone. All devices and apps are not displaying push notifications. All devices have notifications enabled for the apps as well.

As long as you don’t remove the controller, you shouldn’t lose communication with it.
Update: I managed to fix the issue by factory resetting my controller.
Suddenly all push notices started working again. I made no changes. The issue must have been on the Rachio/Server end
