I’ve about had it with Rachio. It sucks. I have Emerald Zoysia grass and I have investigated the crap out of advanced settings and the system just does not water enough. I have Flex schedules set up for my turf and it seems no matter how much I adjust the advanced settings, it just will not water my lawn enough. We are currently in a heat-wave here in Austin, TX and Racho wants to water my lawn every 4 to 5 days. That is just not going to do it. My grass is turning brown. I’m sick and tired of this system and and about ready to replace it and write negative reviews far and wide. Anyone find the magic elixir to get a flex schedule to water more often?
It’s usually just crop coefficient. I can’t imagine that changing that value won’t have an impact on watering frequency of you’re on Flex.
Also post your settings in here someone may be able to take a look at those and see if they can help you figure it out
