Hello, my device seems to have this problem now. I reboot the device and it’s online for some time and then goes offline after a run starts and the sprinklers stay on until I unplug the power to rachio. During manual runs, when I try stopping the run through the app, I get the spinning circle icon and nothing happens. It goes offline and the sprinkler stays on. The only way I can stop it is by discounting the power.
A little background: the device was plugged in yesterday after a while and the ownership was transfered back to me. Ever since, it seems to go offline after a run is started (manual and scheduled runs). The firmware version is 5-115. I checked for any available firmware updates through the app and there appears to be none. Please help!

My Rachio controllers have been the model of reliability and excellence since my very first version Gen 1 in 2018. Now my Gen 2 drops my wifi after about an hour. I have done every possible troubleshooting step. Doesn’t hold a connection. Good thing it isn’t a record breaking drought and the need for reliable, efficient, effective watering of the utmost importance! I need this to work and it isn’t after 5+ hours trying to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas beyond the “troubleshooting” list that has proven unhelpful?
