I have not had my rachio sprinkler box very long and it went offline in late Apri. When I checked it, I noticed the electrical box (white box that plugs into outlet) is cracked. What can I do to get it replaced?
You can contact support. If it is still under warranty, they should send you a new one. If out of warranty, they might sell you one…
Otherwise, I think @gene has a non-OEM that he knows will work that can be purchased off Amazon I believe…
