Hi,
I bought a Rachio 16ZULWC (Rachio 3 Pro Series) last year in US and only yesterday unpacked it in Europe and installed it.
All ok with the installation but when I try to run it gives me this error no matter the zone I use. I already tried single zone, changed for different AC Adapters (1A and 2A) but still the same problem. When is starts the run it blinks blue but 1 sec later goes red and gives the error: Rachio detected an electrical fault in master valve or Zone.
No Master zone or pump and also no sensor installed or configured.
Using a multimeter in the Zone I see it going to 24V and immediately going back to 0 and stopping and giving this error.
The electric setup is ok as it works with another controller (Rainbird) without any issue. Rachio is the one that shows some kind of problem, or incompatibility?!
Any ideas?
